My babies from SPCA

Kiki, female, 8 1/2 years old
My family adopted a cross terrier (Kiki) in 2001 from SPCA. She was a very depressed dog, skinny, scruffy and almost a mute (because she was so depressed she refused to bark). My sister Pat spent weeks showering her with tender loving care and gave her intensive training and turned out that Kiki is a real talent and has a wonderful temperament.
Kiki has also won us many prizes- 2 best dressed competitions, the champion for puppython and runner up for fastest recall! She can also perform the basic tricks like sit, stay and shake hand.

Benito, male, 6 years old

Benito (chiwawa) was adopted back in 2003 from SPCA. When he first entered our lives, he was suffering from head trauma (suspect being abused by his previous owner). But just like any other animals who receive loving kindness and subsequent treatment, he eventually got better.

There are close to 400 kittens, cats, puppies and dogs at the SPCA Animal Shelter in Ampang Jaya. If you are prepared to give even one of these animals a home for the rest of its life, it would be one life saved.
